The church is the House of God and a place of worship, prayer and meditation. Music is an integral part of worship in the CSI Church and an important element of the congregation’s worship. The St. Paul’s CSI Congregation Church Choir has over 25 dedicated members who are strongly committed to the music ministry of the church. Choir practice sessions are held every Saturday at the parsonage.
The choir actively participates in all the worship services and special services. A Choir Sunday is observed in September, every year.
The choir was initially under the banner of Malayalee Christian Congregation. It was one of the earliest choirs in Kuwait. With the formation of our church, the name of the choir also changed and it remains to take active part in church worship still.
In the year 2004; the choir organized an Easter concert, the first of its kind to be organized by any episcopal church in Kuwait. Entitled “AT THE CROSS” The program depicted the entire life of our Lord Jesus Christ and the program was arranged in such a way that it conveyed to the congregation the love of God, cleansing by His blood and His precious death on the Cross.
