God’s Will

Beloved in Christ,

Greetings to you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. As we are entering the new month, let us thank God for all His blessings throughout the last month. Let us pray for God’s grace and blessings to be with us as we live each day.

godswillGod’s will…… We are often looking for God’s will, especially when we are in a difficult situation. Often we wonder what may happen to us here. Should we stay here or does God want us to be somewhere else ?. The only way to know for sure is to do what He asks us to do right now – the duty of the present moment – and wait for God to reveal the next step.

As you obey what you know, you will be strengthened to take the next step and then further steps, one step at a time. That is how we learn to walk with God.

But you may say, “Suppose I take the first step, what will happen next?”. That is God’s business. Your task and mine is to obey Him on this day and leave further to Him. The Palmist says our steps are “ordained by the Lord” (37: 23). This day’s direction is all that we need. Tomorrow’s instruction is of no use to us at all. George Macdonald said, “We do not understand the next page of God’s lesson book. We see only the one before us. Nor shall we be allowed to turn the leaf until we have learned it’s lesson.”

If we submit ourselves with God’s will and obey each day the directions and warnings He gives, and if we walk by faith and step out in the path of obedience, we will find that God will lead us through this day. As Jesus put it, “Tomorrow will worry about its own things” ( Mathew 6:34).

Blessed is the person who finds out which way God is moving and then goes in that direction.

Wish Rev. Levin Koshy and family a safe journey to Kuwait and pray that his service amongst us shall be fruitful. We warmly welcome Levin Koshy Achen and family to our midst.

We wish all those traveling on holidays a safe journey and good times with their loved ones.

Let us make every new day blessed and happy along the path of peace.

May God bless you all
Yours  in Christ,
Rev. Johnson Alexander
